Only the Xperia go ICS update has been released; Xperia sola & U owners still waiting

Whilst it was great news to see Sony Mobile sticking to their word on the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Sony Xperia go, Xperia sola and Xperia U, so far only one handset has actually received the update. The Sony Xperia go has updated to firmware version 6.1.1.B.1.10, which was recently certified by the PTCRB, bringing Android 4.0.4 and the 3.0.8 kernel (Gingerbread was using the 2.6 kernel).
We don’t know the exact regions that the Xperia go ICS update is available in right now, but according to reports it is, at least, out in Belgium. The FTF of the firmware appears to already be available on xda-developers, so you can try and flash the firmware using FlashTool if you’re unwilling to wait. For Xperia sola and Xperia U owners, hopefully the ICS update will roll around very soon. When it does we’ll keep you informed.
